xAircraft x650 Quadcopter Over Cricket Field

I lost my first x650 in a lake a couple of weeks ago, so this video is from my new x650 and it also has a new set of landing gear that I made myself.

I was a bit nervous after losing the last one, but it was a joy to fly as soon as I got her up in the air. I bumped the quadcopter a little too hard at about 1min 30 seconds, but everything else was lovely - especially the landing.

I also had a live FPV video feed setup with my home made ground station and LCD TV, but I found the small screen and the bright sun to be  a total nightmare and was too afraid to use the screen so resorted to flying normally almost immediately. However, I have ordered a set of Headplay FPV goggles that will be much better so I'm really looking forward to giving them a try.

After this outing I want to start thinking about videoing particular subjects, having an idea and a route/story board type thing to make the films more interesting to watch instead of just going up and down and around a field for no particular reason, other than practicing.
