DJI Wookong M Tower House in York

Tower House is the building where our offices are, in fact most of the this has been put together in the office above the front door that you see in this video.

It's an interesting building for aerial photography because it used to be the Army regional command headquarters, built with a certain grandeur that commands respect. Inside the walls are all very thick, probably so discussions could be made in secret when it was used by generals and such, and I often wonder what projects and operations were planned from inside each room, especially the long commander's room in the attic.

I've been wanting to film our building for a while, but circumstances and its situation on a main road have always stopped me. Today, however, the weather was perfect - hardly even a gentle breeze - and I have the DJI Wookong setup spot on so that I have a lot of confidence in its abilities. Still, I was very careful to not be over the road for very long, no more than 3 or 4 seconds actually, as I crossed over to fly up to the front of the building.

The DJI Wookong flew very nicely, going where I wanted it to in a precise manner. I'm still not happy with the camera mount on this machine, though I have got it set up now better than I've ever had it before. I think I may have to buy a better mount though if I want to improve the video quality further, though I may try a couple more things to get rid of the few pesky vibrations and wobbles before I give up on this mount.
